【卤猪肝】

食材:猪肝、葱段、姜片、八角、花椒、桂皮、香叶、白芷、白蔻、香砂、茴香、草果、冰糖、老抽、生抽、盐。

做法:1、准备一半的猪肝,放在清水中,加点白酒浸泡3小时以上,期间要多换几次水,尽量把猪肝中的血水全部浸泡出来,浸泡可以有效去除猪肝中的污血和腥味,泡好猪肝去除筋膜,把猪肝切成几块,猪肝内部有很多窟窿有血水,继续用流水把里面的血水冲洗掉。清洗到没有血水为止。
