5、锅内加水烧开,放入苋菜焯水十几秒,控水捞出。它和菠菜一样,属于草酸含量较高的蔬菜,焯水可以去除大部分草酸,吃起来口感会更好。

6、锅中加上适量植物油,等待油温快速烧热,加上蒜末快速炒出香味,锅里放入水,下入姜块,豆腐块,最好盖上锅盖大火炖豆腐,炖煮5分钟,接着倒入鸡肉片,一定是水开才下入鸡肉片。
